Tracy Lynn (Henry) Skipper

Tracy L. Skipper, age 55, of North Fayette Township, Oakdale, PA, passed on Saturday, March 18, 2023.  Tracy was born on August 17, 1967, in Sewickley, PA.  A daughter of Ronald and Patricia Henry; beloved mother of Emma Skipper; devoted wife of 31 years to the late James D.  “Skip” Skipper II who passed on August 25, 2017; sister of Karin Edwards and her husband, Ed; aunt of Megan Edwards and Justin Edwards; also survived by several cousins and many friends.
