Robert A. "Bobby" Wawrzyniak

Robert A. “Bobby” Wawrzyniak, age 73, of North Fayette Township, Imperial, PA, passed away on Saturday, September 13, 2025.  Bob was born in Dunkirk, NY, on September 1, 1952, son to the late Frances (Bennice) Wawrzyniak Bucy and Frank Wawrzyniak; life partner to the late Marilyn Shane of Illinois.  Bob is survived by one son, Michael F. Wawrzyniak, sister, Marilyn Bucy, and her spouse, Michael Randall, and several loving cousins.  Bob was retired from Brooks Memorial Hospital in Dunkirk, NY, where he worked as a Medical Technician in the Surgical Department.  He was also a volunteer firefighter in the Dunkirk-Fredonia, NY area for several years.

Bob’s sweet nature and kind soul touched all whom he met on his journey.  He had a love for animals so pure, caring about even the smallest chipmunk, and he even rescued the kitties he has now.  He was the best brother and friend and will be deeply missed and always loved.  May he find everlasting peace with his parents at the side of our Lord.

There will be no visitation or service.  Arrangements are entrusted to HERRICK COMPASSIONATE FUNERAL SERVICE, PC, Edward M.
