Richard A. Bigelow

Richard Anthony Bigelow, age 51, of Oakdale, passed away on Thursday, April 14, 2022 at his home with his beloved wife, Melissa, by his side.  Richard was born in Aliquippa, PA on October 8, 1970.  He is the cherished son of his mother and step-father, Linda and Gregory Stacy of Jacksonville, FL, and his mother-in-law, Marsha R. Bajus of Oakdale, PA. He is also survived his sisters Sherri (Kenneth) Bacchus of Atlanta, GA and Nicole Dye of Jacksonville, FL, as well as numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews. 

Richard worked in the title insurance industry for over 15 years. He volunteered for several years at the West Hills Food Pantry and was the Charter Organization Representative for Boy Scout Troop 310 of Carnot, PA.  He enjoyed golfing with his wife as part of the Fellowship Golf League at Moon Golf Club during the summers.  Some of Richard’s most cherished moments were spent as their camp in Treasure Lake, DuBois, PA, relaxing by the campfire and taking their fur-babies, Rocco and Bella (deceased) for golf cart rides around the campground.
