Phillip Vaughn Litteral

Phillip Vaughn Litteral, age 71, passed peacefully on Wednesday morning, December 28, 2022, in UPMC Mercy.  He was a son of the late Chester Forrest and Sadra Irene (Rice) Litteral.  He is survived by his loving partner Kathleen Carter, his brother Mark R. Litteral, and his nephew Chet E. Litteral. At Phil’s request, cremation took place and a committal service will take place at a later date at the Dayton Memorial Park.
