Pedro B. Ramsey

Pedro B. Ramsey, age 94, of Findlay Township, Imperial, PA, passed away at his residence on Thursday morning, May 1, 2025.  Pedro was born on July 12, 1930, in McKees Rocks, PA, son to the late Suemma (Romley) and Peter Ramsey; devoted husband to the late Beverly A. (Collier) Ramsey who passed on August 21, 2015; beloved father to Peter (Tracy) Ramsey, Brian Ramsey, the late William Ramsey who passed on May 17, 1987, and the late Beverly Popullo who passed on May 19, 2011; cherished grandfather to two grandchildren and two step-grandchildren.

After graduating from high school, Pedro served his country in the U.S. Army followed by the U.S. Army Reserves for many years.  After his initial Honorable Discharge from the Army, he then began working for the railroad as a Service Equipment Operator, eventually retiring after a long career.  Rest in peace, Pedro.

Family to receive friends on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at HERRICK COMPASSIONATE FUNERAL SERVICE, PC, Edward M. Herrick, Supervisor/Owner, 951 Cliff Mine Road, North Fayette Township, Imperial, PA, between the hours of 10:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. when a Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Isidore the Farmer Parish at St. Columbkille Church, followed by burial at St. Columbkille Cemetery with military honors.
