Patricia Ann (Kennedy) Notary

Patricia Ann Notary, age 91, of Findlay Township, Clinton, PA, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 29, 2026. Pat was born on February 5, 1935, in Distant, PA, and lived a long and meaningful life centered around family, love, and simple joys. She was a daughter to the late Madelyn Ruth (Hall) and Robert Blair Kennedy; also preceded in death by her beloved husband, Joseph Notary, who passed on February 14, 2016, with whom she shared many devoted years of marriage. Pat is survived by her three daughters, Beth Burtt, Cheryl (Rob) Howcroft, and Alisa Goodall. She was a proud and loving grandmother to Amanda (Jason), Ryan, Zac, Tyler, and Zoe, and a cherished great-grandmother to Chase and Rylee. Pat is also survived by her siblings, Morna Louise (Richard) Hespelein, Rebecca McVicker, Robert (Marilyn) Kennedy, and Rhoda Sangricco.

Pat’s family was her greatest source of pride and joy, and she treasured every moment spent with them. She found happiness in life’s simple pleasures. She loved shopping, playing cards, working on puzzles, and sewing and crocheting, often creating with care and thoughtfulness for those she loved. Pat will be remembered for her warmth, quiet strength, and the love she gave so freely to her family. Her life was guided by a belief she held close, “To make mistakes is human, to forgive is divine.”

Pat was a fighter in every sense of the word. Over the years, she faced both colon and breast cancer with remarkable strength, courage, and grace. Through each challenge, she showed unwavering resilience and a deep appreciation for life, inspiring all who knew and loved her. Pat will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
