Norman Chappell Jr.

Norman Chappell Jr., age 63, of Burgettstown, PA, passed away on Monday morning, May 12, 2025, at WVU Medicine/Weirton Medical Center.  Norman was born on June 19, 1961, in Washington, PA, beloved son to Alice (Scott) and Norman Chappell Sr.; devoted husband to Cheryl (Tomazich) Chappell; loving father to Scott (Donna) Chappell and Ashley Chappell; cherished grandfather to Charlie Mitteff, Keyara McGinnis, Alec McGinnis, Everly McGinnis-Chappell, and Maddox McGinnis-Chappell; brother to Shawna Chappell (William Ferretti) and James Chappell.  Norman was a dedicated and enthusiastic sports fan and loved all of his Pittsburgh sports teams.  Rest in peace, Norman.
