Nancy M. (Price) Betlyn

Nancy M. Betlyn, age 81, of Findlay Township, Clinton, PA, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 5, 2024, surrounded by her family.  Nancy was born in Imperial on September 20, 1942, daughter to the late Julia H. (Galo) and John E. Price; devoted wife of 64 years to Dan Betlyn; beloved mother to Lynda Stanislaw, Lori (Joe) Beaumont, and the late Daniel “Danno” Betlyn who passed on October 27, 2014; cherished grandmother “Mimi” to Erica (Tyler) Edwards, Joseph Beaumont, and Nicholas (Rachel) Beaumont; adored great-grandmother to Rowan Edwards and Lucy Beaumont; sister to Donald (Vesta) Price, Jacqueline (Mitchell) Zalnasky, Margaret “Peg” (Calvin) Reiter, Susan (Ray) Barbarow, and the late Betty Jean Medved.

Nancy was a pillar of tireless support, quietly dedicated to the well-being of those she loved.  Her actions spoke volumes, and she was a constant source of reliability and care.  Nancy’s home was adorned with lighthouses which mirrored her unwavering presence.  Like these beacons, she guided those around her with a quiet strength.  Christmas, especially, was a time of tradition and meticulous planning with Nancy ensuring every detail was in place for special family gatherings.  Nancy will be deeply missed for her steadfast dedication.  Her legacy of boundless resilience and faithful support lives on in the hearts of all who knew her.  Rest in peace, Nancy.

Family to receive friends at the HERRICK COMPASSIONATE FUNERAL SERVICE, PC, Edward M. Herrick, Supervisor/Owner, 951 Cliff Mine Road, North Fayette Township, Imperial, PA, 724-695-7332, on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, between the hours of 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm.  Nancy will be laid to rest next to her son, Danno.  It is respectfully requested that memorial donations in Nancy's name be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959, or to your local food pantry.
