Michael Duane Graham, age 72, of North Fayette Township, Oakdale, PA, passed peacefully on Thursday morning, June 3, 2021, from an extended illness.
Michael worked for 35 years at Penn DOT as a Highway Design Manager. After his retirement he worked as the President of New Century Energy for the past 18 years. He was a well-respected member of the Pennsylvania Independent Petroleum Producers. He was an independent oil and gas well operator.
Michael was predeceased by his parents, Leo and Anna Margaret Graham. He is survived by his brother Ronald L. (Lynn) Graham of Chicora, PA, two sisters, Patricia (Frank) Adams of Karns City, PA, and Cheryl (Roger) Hughes of Butler, PA. He is also survived by his five nieces and one nephew: Michelle (Scott) Adams of Baden, PA, Allison (Jeffery) Turgeon of North Huntingdon, PA, Stephanie (Shawn) Gabborin of Vandergrift, PA, Jessica (Dr. Henkie) Tan of Presto, PA, Amanda (Eric) Hughes of Tucson, AZ, and Bradley Hughes of Cleveland, OH, along with several grandnieces and grandnephews.
It is respectfully requested memorial donations be sent to American Cancer Society, Animal Friends or the ASPCA.
