Mary Jubeck Obituary

Mary Glenn Jubeck, of North Fayette Township, Coraopolis, PA, formerly of Center Township, Beaver County, passed away on Sunday, June 16, 2024, after a short but courageous battle with cancer.  Mary was born in Pittsburgh, PA, and raised in Wilkinsburg.  She is preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Alice (Cunningham) Glenn, an infant son, William Jubeck, and two sisters, Kathleen Sauter Vaughn and Irene Sumansky.  Mary is survived by her devoted husband of 51 years, William Jubeck; beloved children, Elizabeth (Frank) Triggiani and Scott (Julie) Jubeck; and five cherished grandchildren, Claire, Anderson, Mia, Corinne, and Joseph.  All provided her with great joy, and she loved them very much.  Mary is also survived by nieces, nephews, and her cherished pet cat, Allie.

Mary overcame many difficulties in her early life and, through resolve and hard work, became one of the first women to be promoted into management as a Finance Office Manager with GMAC.  Later in her life, she worked at Gateway Rehabilitation Center for 20 years as an administrative assistant.  Mary was a pillar of strength and had unconditional love for her husband, children, and grandchildren.  She guided and motivated her children to become the successful adults they are today.  As a friend, Mary was both supportive and generous with many describing her as among their dearest friends.  She will be long remembered for having a special fondness for black and white striped clothing and the color beige.

As per Mary’s wishes, there will be no viewing.  A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Friday, June 21, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Isidore the Farmer Parish at St. Columbkille Church, Imperial, PA, followed by burial at Resurrection Cemetery in Coraopolis, PA.  Rest in peace, Mary.
