Mark D. Newnam

Mark D. Newnam, age 56, passed on Monday, February 1, 2021, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital.  Beloved son of Carol J. (Phillips) Newnam and Joseph E. (Pamela) Newnam; adored father of Arielle (Jason) MacDonald, Brandon Newnam; beloved brother of Amanda (Peter) Crowley and his step sister Brittany (Branden) Wade; cherished grandfather of Layla MacDonald; loving uncle of John, Lauren, Catherine, Zakary, Troy and Brock.

Mark was a kind-hearted person who loved being with his family and friends, especially while playing cribbage.  He was an avid Pittsburgh Sports fan as well as a University of Miami football fan.  He graduated from West Allegheny High School in 1982 where he was the captain of the swim team.  Later, he did a lot of scuba diving.  He eventually went on to get a degree from Florida Institute of Technology.

Mark loved people, animals and life.  He will be greatly missed and was loved by all.
