Lori Faye (Pustover) Nowakowski

Lori F. Nowakowski, age 60, of Center Township, Monaca, PA, passed peacefully on Thursday morning, December 28, 2023.  A daughter of the late Louis and Maxine (Wilson) Pustover; beloved wife to Steven R. Nowakowski; adored mother of Brogan and her husband Chuckie Jasek, Zeke and his wife Alisha Nowakowski, Lexie Nowakowski, and the late Arianna Nowakowski who passed on August 29, 2005; cherished grandmother of LiviAnna, Augustus, and AnnElise; sister of Jody and Renee Pustover and Greg and Connie Pustover.

Lori was such a loving and thoughtful person. She had so much love for her husband of 37 years, 2 months, 2 weeks and 3 days, their four children, and even more love for her three grandchildren. She was an amazing wife, mother and an incredible Grammie. She also loved her pets and spending time outdoors, enjoying wildlife and nature. She enjoyed being involved in all the kid’s activities, helping plan events and parties. As the kids grew older her competitiveness was on full force. Her resilience was admirable. Lori’s smile and presence would light up any room. She brought so much joy to the world, especially around Christmas time; her favorite time of year. She was the magic of it all which made any day spent with her special.

Family to receive friends at the HERRICK COMPASSIONATE FUNERAL SERVICE, PC, Edward M. Herrick, Supervisor/Owner, 951 Cliff Mine Road, North Fayette Township, Imperial, PA, 724-695-7332, on Tuesday, January 2, 2024, from 12 – 2 p.m. and 4 – 8p.m. followed by a funeral service on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. followed by interment in Valley Cemetery.
