Lois Anne Glas

Lois A. Glas, age 94, of North Fayette Township, Oakdale, PA, passed away on Friday, November 24, 2023, at Concordia St. Joseph Villa in Baden, PA.  Lois was born in Pittsburgh, PA, on April 28, 1929, daughter to the late Elizabeth (Ziener) and Clayton Custer; devoted wife of 69 years to the late William H. Glas Jr. who passed away on March 1, 2021; beloved mother to Patricia Mensinger and her husband, Michael, Susan McFarland and her husband, the late Timothy McFarland, Barbara Pellegrini and her husband, Robert, William Glas and his wife, Diane, Judy Glas, and Carol Crunick and her husband, John; cherished grandmother to Steven Mensinger, James Mensinger, William Pellegrini, Alyssa Pellegrini, Clayton Glas, Erin Glas, Andrew Glas, Jack Crunick, and Olivia Crunick.  Lois was a member of Montours Presbyterian Church.  Family to receive friends at the Herrick Compassionate Funeral Service, PC, Edward M. Herrick, Supervisor/Owner, 951 Cliff Mine Road, North Fayette Township, Imperial, PA, 724-695-7332, on Saturday, December 2, 2023, between the hours of 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm followed by a funeral service at 6:00 pm.  Committal will be held on Thursday, December 7, 2023, at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville, PA.  It is respectfully requested that donations be sent to the West Allegheny Food Pantry, P.O.
