Linda S. Pape

It is with heavy hearts we share that Linda Sue Pape, age 61, of North Fayette Township, Oakdale, PA, gained her angel wings on Friday, February 27, 2026.  Linda was born in Pittsburgh, PA, daughter to the late Alice Pape, granddaughter to the late Herman and Mary Pape, and niece to the late William Pape.

Linda grew up on the family farm in Clinton, PA, where life was simple and rewarding.  She was such a loving and caring child, taking care of all the baby animals.  Linda’s compassion and love continued forward to caring for her mother and grandmother until their deaths.  She also had a special place in her heart for Jazmyne Hough whom she loved like a daughter.  Linda had been employed at Walmart until 2020.  In her spare time, she would curl up and read, a pastime that she loved.  Linda’s other hobbies included stamp collecting, needlepoint, crafting, and an occasional trip to the casino.  In addition, there was never a Publishing Clearing House entry left undone.  Unfortunately, she never won but with determination never gave up trying.  Rest in peace, Linda.
