With shattered hearts and unimaginable sorrow, we share the tragic loss of our beloved Kaylei Jean Guiney, who passed away far too soon on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at just 20 years of age. Kaylei, of Findlay Township, Imperial, PA, was born in Pittsburgh, PA, on March 8, 2005. She leaves behind a family who loved her beyond measure: devoted mother, Jessica Best (Pete Kearney), loving father, William Guiney (Sharon Morabito), cherished brothers, Michael Guiney and Brandon Best (Samantha McGeary), loving grandmother, Catherine Miller, grandfather, Curt Best (Marie), and countless aunts, uncles, cousins, and treasured friends who will carry her memory in their hearts forever.
Kaylei’s spirit will always be a part of those who loved her. She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Joseph Guiney Sr., grandmother, Mary Rose Murray, uncle, Matthew Murray, and her infant brother, Justin Guiney, each now holding her close once more.
Kaylei was a radiant light in every room she entered – her beautiful smile could lift spirits, and her laugh was contagious. She had a heart full of compassion and joy, always eager to care for others, especially the animals she so deeply loved. Whether she was cheering, soaking in the sunshine at the beach, or simply enjoying time with her family and friends, Kaylei lived every moment with warmth, energy, and love.
At a young age, Kaylei was blessed to find her soulmate, Thomas. Their bond was one of pure, unwavering love, the kind that lasts forever. While their time together on earth was brief, their love story continues beyond this life, eternally reunited in heaven.
Though our world feels dimmer without her, Kaylei’s light lives on in every life she touched. She was a gift, a blessing, and she will never be forgotten.
