Judy Kay (Garland) Homol

Judy Kay Homol, age 63, of North Fayette Township, Oakdale, PA, formerly of Robinson Township, PA, passed away on Sunday, October 15, 2023, surrounded by her loved ones.  Judy was born on February 29, 1960, daughter to the late Marietta (Schmidt) and John Garland; devoted wife to the late Gary Meister; beloved mother to Kristina Steinkamp and her husband, Joe, Tara Homol, Tiffany Gshinsky and her husband, the late Joe Gshinsky, and step-mother to Kelly Eubanks and her husband, Tre; cherished grandmother to Ian, Aaliyah, Hailey, and Adison; sister to Marsha Robinson (Buggy Williams); aunt to Jason (Lisa) and Valerie; also preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Geraldine Meister.  Judy spent many years working at skilled nursing facilities across the South Hills where she found so much joy in providing health and personal care assistance to so many of the residents.  Overall, Judy was someone that always wanted to help anyone in any way she could.  She had a soft spot for furry animals, enjoyed visiting the casino, watching movies, spending time with family, and cooking her favorite meals.  Her secret recipe for stuffed peppers will never be matched.  Family to receive friends at the HERRICK COMPASSIONATE FUNERAL SERVICE, PC, Edward M.
