Joyce Elaine (Fike) Houston

Joyce E. Houston, age 90, of North Fayette Township, Oakdale, PA, passed away at her residence on Tuesday, December 12, 2023.  Joyce was born in Friendsville, Maryland, on July 27, 1933, daughter to the late Elma (Schroyer) and Ison Fike; devoted wife of 40 years to the late Robert H. Houston who passed away on June 19, 2000; beloved mother to Robert “Scott” Houston; sister to the late Virginia Sands and Cloyd Fike.  Joyce was a member of Clinton United Presbyterian Church.  Family to receive friends at the HERRICK COMPASSIONATE FUNERAL SERVICE, PC, Edward M. Herrick, Supervisor/Owner, 951 Cliff Mine Rd., North Fayette Twp., Imperial, PA, 724-695-7332, on Saturday, December 16, 2023, between the hours of 11:00 am and 1:00 pm, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 pm.  All are welcome to attend.  Joyce will be laid to rest beside her husband, Robert, at Clinton U. P. Church Cemetery.  Rest in peace, Joyce.
