Joanne L. (Sauers) Chiera

Joanne Chiera, age 85, of Findlay Township, Imperial, PA,  passed on Saturday morning, January 29, 2002, in Heritage Valley Beaver.  She was a daughter of the late Elwood and Mabel (Bray) Sauers; wife of the late James Chiera who passed on February 10, 2010; beloved mother of Cindy Boling, Amy (Joseph) Pijanowski, and an infant son, the late William Boling; sister of the late Dolores Bohasky, Robert Sauers, William Sauers, Beverly Iglar and her husband Edward "Diddley", who survives.

Joanne, along with her late husband, Jim, enjoyed Polkas, flea markets, taking long rides on Sundays, and dining out.  More recently, she enjoyed spending time with her friends from Clinton Wesleyan Church, gardening around the house, shopping on the weekends, and spending time with her family and her "little one", Alex.
