Helen L. (Zedar) Swaoger

Helen L. Swaoger, age 96, of North Fayette Township, passed peacefully on Sunday, June 5, 2022, at Country Meadows in Bridgeville, PA.  A daughter of the late Vincent and Mary (Storeman) Zedar; beloved wife of the late Bernard J. Swaoger who passed on January 18, 2015; loved mother of Beverly (Fred) Dupin, Amy (Dennis) Fodse, Gary (Erin) Swaoger, Donna (Jeffrey) McCrory, and Lori (Andrew) Steranko; cherished grandmother of Kevin (Jessica) McCrory, Bethany (Brant) Gall, Derek Swaoger, Steven (Abigail Cush) Swaoger, Adam (Taylor) Steranko, Justin (Jasmine Trigo) Steranko, and the late Lisa Winkler who passed on July 21, 2007; adored great-grandmother of Savannah, Stella, Greyson, Oliver, Elliott, Angelina, and Jaxon; sister of the late Mary Smith, Frances Bochan, and Kathryn May.  Helen was a life-time member of St. Columbkille R. C. Church and was active in Christian Mothers & Guild.
