Dorothy Mae (Mann) Hastings

Dorothy Mae Hastings, age 88, of Clinton, PA, Findlay Township, passed away on Thursday morning, October 12, 2023.  She was born on September 15, 1935, to Thomas W. Mann and Josephine Albert Mann. She was the eldest of six children. Dorothy was married to Richard Hastings who preceded her in death. She is survived by her only daughter Christine Ann (Willshier) Sinagoga and husband Joseph; granddaughters Sharon Sue Vankirk and husband Steven, Sarah Jean Curley and husband Raymond Jr., Lisa Mae Pegher, and Josi Lynn Sinagoga; and two great-grandchildren Matthew Mason Wilcoxen and Madison Christine McCoy. Also survived by two brothers Donald Mann and Thomas Mann as well as several loving nieces and nephews.

Dorothy was a woman of strong faith. She enjoyed reading the Bible and aspired to be a minister of God’s Word. She was a visiting health care aid. She loved flowers and houseplants. She also enjoyed camping with her late husband, but her favorite activity was driving someplace new.

She will be missed. Rest in peace, Dorothy.

A committal service will take place on Monday, October 16, 2023, at Hopewell-Hebron Cemetery at 1:00 PM.
