Connie Gato

Connie Gato, age 75 of Robinson Township, Bulger, PA passed peacefully on Thursday, September 2, 2021.  Daughter of the late Margaret (Schultis) and J, Donald Freund; beloved wife of the late John "Jack" Gato; stepmother of Jan Pysh and Jim Gato; sister of Mary Dawn (Roger) Drummond, J, Donald Freund and the late Mark Freund and Andrew "Buddy" Freund; grandmother of Lauren (Brandon) Curtis and Hannah Pysh; devoted great-grandmother of Easton and Nolan Curtis; also survived by nieces and nephews and her loving companion Dave Darney.

Connie always had room for one more, whether it was for an hour or several days,  Family was very important to her, as well as her close circle of friends. One of the many joys in her life  were the gatherings she hosted for "the gang".  An avid game show fanatic, two of her particular favorites were Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune which she faithfully watched every evening. She was a devoted cat mom to Louis along with numerous others throughout the years.

A very special thank you to her sister, Mary Dawn Drummond and friend, Susie Schwadron who provided loving in-home care and Good Samaritan Hospice for their compassionate care in Connie's final days.
