Barbara L. (Scott) Engelmeier

Barbara L. Engelmeier, age 69, of North Fayette Township, Imperial PA, passed away at West Penn Hospital on Tuesday, January 23, 2024.  Barb was born on April 8, 1954, in Greenville, PA, daughter to the late Goldie (Day) and John Scott.  She is survived by her beloved husband, best friend, and soulmate, David Engelmeier, with whom she would have celebrated 40 years of marriage on February 25, 2024.  Barb is also survived by a brother, John Scott, and his wife, Donna, and is preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Scott, and two brothers, Roy “Butch” Scott and James Scott.  Barb loved the outdoor activities of camping, hiking, and gardening and enjoyed the simple pleasures of life such as sitting on the porch on a summer evening.  The last one of these simple pleasures Barb wished for was a bowl of ice cream.  Rest in peace, Barb…You will be with me forever; love you.
