Lisa L. (Holmes) Ropos

Lisa L. Ropos, age 56, of North Fayette Township, Imperial, PA, passed away with her family surrounding her on Monday, February 19, 2024.  Lisa was born in McKees Rocks, PA, on March 6, 1967, daughter to Rayma L. Holmes and William D. Smith; beloved wife of 37 years to her soulmate, Joseph “Joey” Ropos; cherished sister to Ericka Inks and her husband, Kevin; adored aunt to her nephews, Erik Maniecki, Zion Inks, and Josh Inks, and niece, Dusty Morrison; also survived by her mother-in-law, Connie Ropos, and sister-in-law, Cindy Morrison and her husband, Harold; many aunts, cousins, and friends.  Lisa is preceded in death by her father-in-law, Joseph Ropos Sr., and fur baby, Maxx.

Lisa was a West Allegheny Class of 1985 graduate and later attended Sawyer Business School.  She was an avid reader and loved going shopping and talking for hours with her best friend, Nannie.  Lisa’s family and friends will miss her beautiful smile.  “Blessed are those who mourn for they shall be comforted.”

Family to receive friends at the HERRICK COMPASSIONATE FUNERAL SERVICE, PC, Edward M. Herrick, Supervisor/Owner, 951 Cliff Mine Road, North Fayette Township, Imperial, PA, 724-695-7332, on Thursday, February 22, 2024, between the hours of 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm followed by a funeral service at 8:00 pm.  It is respectfully requested that donations in Lisa’s memory be sent to the funeral home.  Rest in peace, Lisa.
